2M Dark Chocolate Compound 500 gms Bar is a premium chocolate for use in baking decorations or making chocolate shapes using chocolate moulds. It has multiple uses and is great for baking various chocolate cakes, muffins, cupcakes, chocolate mousse. It can also be used in making chocolate lava cakes and ganache icing for decoration on cakes, cupcakes, muffins, and great for dipping doughnuts for that glaze look. The chocolate can also be used for making drips on the cakes.
This Premium 2M Dark Chocolate Compound which is sold by PhillSoft has a smooth consistency and is easily melted using a chocolate melting set. You can also colour this chocolate with chocolate based oil colours to create various colours.
The chocolate is made from cocoa and other ingredients and is suitable for vegetarians. Storage instructions, keep in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight or hot items to prevent melting. Once ready to apply, it is recommended to refrigerate before using so that it has that hard and cool feeling.
