2M Premium White Compound Chocolate 2.5 Kgs is a premium chocolate for use in baking decorations or making chocolate shapes using chocolate moulds. It has multiple uses  and is great for baking various chocolate cakes, muffins, cupcakes, chocolate mousse. It can also be used in making chocolate lava cakes and ganache icing for decoration on cakes, cupcakes, muffins, and great for dipping doughnuts for that glaze look. The chocolate can also be used for making drips on the cakes. 

This Premium 2M White Chocolate Compound which is sold by PhillSoft has a smooth consistency and is easily melted using a chocolate melting set.
