with no taste is a highly concentrated paste food colour that is ideal for colouring large batches of icing and fondant. It gives a vibrant colour that does not fade with time. It has no taste and it does not alter the texture or taste of the product being coloured.

General instructions for use;

Chefmaster® gel paste food coloring is highly concentrated, as a result the best way to add it to your mix is by collecting a tiny amount using a toothpick, incorporating it into your mix, letting it rest for 10-15 mins and then repeating if needed. Please note that this paste gel colour becomes deeper with time, that is why it’s important to let the mixture rest and see how it changes before adding more colour.

Once you have finished applying and are comfortable with the colour, leave it for at least 2 hours for it to settle well. Always work with natural light since some colours may not show well in artificial light especially when colouring at night.
