is made from high quality food grade stainless steel and is generally used for applying of icing or buttercream and whipping cream on the cake during decoration. It is also know as icing spatula and it has an angle for easy application of the frosting decoration.

The mettalic pallette knife also comes in two other sizes, large size as well as small size each being applicable for various cake decorations depending on cake size. Pallete knives are also available in flat shapes.
